TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks a Construction Supervisor for the Renewal of the Hanfbach Overpass, encompassing comprehensive technical and contractual construction supervision for traffic facilities, including railway operational services, safety supervision, waste management, environmental and landscaping oversight, and defect rectification. The role requires proficiency with AVA-Programm iTWO, GAEB-Format, Nachtragsplattform (NTP), SAP (including RACF), Workflow Betra-Antragerstellung, and DMS. Contract Start Date: The commencement of services by the contractor is either immediately after the order is placed or specifically on December 14, 2026. The execution of work on the construction site is scheduled to begin on December 14, 2026.

- Quality Gates (QG):
- QG AN dates are to be established as milestones within 30 calendar days following the contract award.
- QG 1 takes place at the actual start of performance.
- QG 2 occurs during the performance phase, ideally at the midpoint of the contract duration. For contracts exceeding one year, multiple QG 2 meetings are planned.
- Specific Project Phases/Closures (Sperrpausen):
- October - December 2026: Initial clearing work, surveying, and other preparatory tasks.
- December 14 - December 19, 2026: Clearing work, surveying, and other preliminary tasks (scheduled as 6x10h shifts).
- January - February 2027: Surveying, other preparatory tasks, and the first block of unexploded ordnance investigation.
- January 4 - January 9, 2027: Surveying, other preparatory tasks, and the first block of unexploded ordnance investigation (scheduled as 6x10h shifts).
- Between 1st and 2nd block of unexploded ordnance investigation: Approximately 2 weeks are allocated for assessing the unexploded ordnance contamination.
- January 25 - January 30, 2027: Second block of unexploded ordnance investigation, involving boreholes for the overpass (EÜ) and shoring (scheduled as 6x10h shifts).
- February - March 2027: Cable work (LST, KT), provisional cable duct/cable auxiliary bridge, preparatory work for OLA, foundations for temporary tension masts, etc. (scheduled as 8x8h shifts).
- March 30 - April 10, 2027: Cable work (LST, KT), provisional cable duct/cable auxiliary bridge, preparatory work for OLA, foundations for temporary tension masts, etc. (continuous operation).
- April - May 2027: LST + 50 Hz + OLA + KT work, Hanfbach culvert construction, potential stiffening of existing vaults, removal of superstructure + switch, installation of bored piles through the existing structure (requiring a 1.75-month closure).
- April 26 (5:00) - July 9, 2027 (21:00): Total closure (Totalsperrung) for 2.5 months for work in the streambed, specifically during times outside of migration and spawning periods.
- July 9 (21:00) - July 11, 2027 (21:00): A 48-hour closure for "Belastung - Langsamfahrstelle La 70" (load - slow speed section 70 km/h).
- August 29 - August 31, 2027: Six-week tamping (Qualitätsstopfung), including tamping of the switch connection (scheduled as 2x8h shifts).
- Post-August 2027: Follow-up work (Nacharbeiten).
