• Creating and submitting registrations for capacity management to the DB Netz AG timetable and capacity management department using IT systems (BaBetT or BBPneo).
• Coordinating with project participants and local authorities.
• Participating in and preparing for construction operational coordination meetings.
• Contributing to construction operational coordination throughout the process phase.
• Reviewing, coordinating, and communicating interim results and the approved construction operations plan.
• Similar tasks related to capacity conflict management.

Construction Supervision (Bauüberwachung):

• General supervision tasks for the facilities to be constructed.
• Basic contractual technical construction supervision for traffic facilities.
• Railway operational services and safety supervision.
• Construction supervisory services according to VV BAU_VV BAU-STE of the EBA.
• Services compliant with the construction site ordinance during the execution phase.
• Technical contractual construction supervision for buildings and their technical equipment.
• Waste management, including handling contaminated areas, materials for disposal, construction and demolition waste, and managing construction site and storage areas for waste.

Deliverables and Coordination:

• Legal acceptance of construction work as per § 12 VOB/B.
• Handover of completed services to third parties.
• Delivery of various documents, including relevant construction contracts, safety service contracts with safety plans, authorizations for construction supervisors, planning approval decisions, construction-supervised execution documents, technically audited proofs, other permits, approved cost estimates, engineering geological and hydrogeological documents, data collection receipts, framework schedule, and annual/monthly construction operations plans.
• Coordination of the contractor's services with those of the client and special experts (e.g., soil assessment, landscape planning, species protection, surveying, noise reports, control and safety technology).
• Amendment processing ("Nachtragsbearbeitung"), including continuous coordination with the contractor, receiving service data (DA 11), importing data into AVA software (MWM Libero or equivalent), checking quantity lists, and coordinating undisputed services.

Excluded Scope:

• Project management ("Projektsteuerung") is explicitly not part of the contractor's services.
