TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the renewal of the car wash system at Wien Main Station, numerous electrical and mechanical components in the facilities for tracks 251 and 252 are replaced. The focus of the work is the replacement of frequency converters of various power classes, including the associated Profibus cards, in the areas of the left and right wash portal, the pre-rinse/scrubbing bay, the scrubbing bay, the rinsing bay and the chemical station. In addition, several inductive switches together with connecting cables are renewed in order to ensure reliable position and operational monitoring of the system. In the area of water treatment and/or chemical dosing, the replacement of pH electrodes is also planned. To increase operational safety, new light barriers are retrofitted, including protective hoods, cabling and installation material. Furthermore, various drive motors are replaced for pivoting, tilting, rotating and brush movements within the wash portals and cleaning stations.
