TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the procurement, implementation, migration, integration and commissioning of a new, integrated ERP solution to fully replace the contracting authority’s existing business and logistics-related system landscape. In addition to providing the software, the scope of services also includes the design, implementation, data migration, integration, commissioning, as well as support with testing and production rollout of the new solution. The existing system landscape is to be replaced while taking into account operation that is as interruption-free as possible. Furthermore, the contract includes the provision and implementation of the required interfaces to the existing systems that will continue to be used. In particular, these include connecting to the patient billing system SAP IS-H and the integration with i.s.h.med to support material, medication and implant documentation. All interfaces are to be provided in such a way that a continuous, secure and consistent exchange of data between the systems is ensured.
