ERPC-2026-36 - Suministro de infraestructura a la nube y servicios asociados para las aplicaciones y servicios digitales de L'Energètica

The contract has an initial duration of three (3) years. The contract's start date is set to begin from the first meeting with the awarded contractor following the formalization of the contract. This commencement cannot be later than four (4) weeks from the day after the contractor is notified of the contract's formalization by both parties.

There is a possibility for extensions. The contract can be extended for a maximum of two (2) additional years, with each extension period not exceeding twelve (12) months. L'Energètica will communicate any extension decision with a two (2) month prior notice to the contractor through official notification.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of a managed cloud infrastructure service to support the deployment, operation, scalability, and evolution of L'Energètica's digital applications and services.

The Statement of Work (SOW) summary and core deliverables include:

• Supply of cloud infrastructure: This encompasses computation, storage, network, and connectivity resources necessary for deploying and operating digital applications and services.
• Platform services: Facilitating the deployment, execution, and operation of various workloads.
• Infrastructure management: Covering implementation, configuration, administration, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and evolution of the infrastructure and its components.
• Specialized technical support: Including advisory services for architecture, deployment, migration, and optimization of the infrastructure.
• Governance and control: Services such as monitoring, availability and consumption reporting, capacity planning, and change management for the infrastructure.
• Security and continuity: Implementing measures for security, service continuity, data protection, incident recovery, and service reversibility, including potential data migration at contract's end.

Specific applications and services to be hosted or managed include a pre-production environment for the TERA application, a new web application for energy asset management, a corporate platform for monitoring energy assets, a production environment for the TERA web application, automated data integration and transformation processes (ETL), an initial corporate data platform, approximately 8 TB of file storage, secure access for L'Energètica professionals, and a historical SAGE environment for financial information.

The contractor is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, supervision, and maintenance of the infrastructure, ensuring its availability, security, continuity, and correct functioning. The contract also includes a lump sum for professional services, which may cover activities like automation, integration, optimization studies, specialized support for complex deployments, migrations, and training, subject to prior authorization. Ordinary administration, monitoring, maintenance, incident management, updates, backups, and user support are considered inherent to the base service.
