ERPC-2026-36 - Suministro de infraestructura a la nube y servicios asociados para las aplicaciones y servicios digitales de L'Energètica

The contract will have an initial duration of three (3) years. The contract's duration will commence after the first meeting with the successful tenderer following the formalization of the contract. This start period cannot exceed four (4) weeks from the day after the contractor is notified of the contract's formalization by both parties.

The contract can be extended for a maximum of two (2) additional years. Any extensions will be for periods of up to twelve (12) months. The extension period will be communicated to the successful tenderer with two (2) months' notice via reliable notification.

After the initial term and any extensions have concluded, no further extensions are generally possible, with the exception of article 29.4, fifth paragraph of Law 9/2017, which allows for a maximum additional period of 9 months.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the provision of a managed cloud infrastructure service. This service includes the supply of cloud resources (computing, storage, network, and connectivity) essential for deploying and operating L'Energètica's digital applications and services.

Key deliverables and services encompassed in the Statement of Work are:

• Cloud Infrastructure Supply: Providing the necessary cloud resources for application deployment and operation.
• Platform Services: Offering services to facilitate the deployment, execution, and operation of various workloads.
• Infrastructure Management: Implementation, configuration, administration, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and evolution of the cloud infrastructure and its components.
• Specialized Technical Support: Providing expert technical support and advisory services for architecture, deployment, migration, and optimization of the infrastructure.
• Governance and Control: Services for governance, monitoring, and control of the infrastructure, including service monitoring, availability and consumption reports, capacity planning, and change management.
• Security and Continuity: Implementing measures to ensure security, service continuity, data protection, incident recovery, and service reversibility, including facilitating data and configuration migration at the end of the contract.

The contract also specifies critical tasks that constitute the essential core of the contract and cannot be subcontracted, such as technical direction, coordination, and governance of the service; administration, operation, and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure; security actions; and professional cloud architecture services. The infrastructure must support various applications including an ERP, GISCE platform, electric mobility platforms, data platform, advanced analytics, AI applications, and specific environments like a pre-production environment for the TERA application, an energy asset management platform, and a CI/CD platform.
