TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the name of the city, Ruhrbahn GmbH ensures the mobility of the citizens and connects the individual districts with bus, underground and tram services. It is a member of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (Rhine-Ruhr Transport Association). One of its tasks lies in the area of maintaining and building new infrastructure for buses and trams. This relates both to the route networks in the city areas of Essen and Mülheim and to the associated structural facilities, depots, administrative buildings and a large number of smaller properties. Ruhrbahn GmbH is modernising the infrastructure at the Ruhrallee site through various construction measures. Part of the projects that have been initiated for the aforementioned purpose is the installation of new outdoor lighting as well as the power supply for the new communication distribution units in the outdoor area of the H2 filling station at the Ruhrallee depot in Essen.
