TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Oettingen school association, represented by the city of Oettingen, is planning an extension building for the existing primary and secondary school (GMS). The aim of the measure is to create additional teaching and care rooms in a modern, functional and pedagogically suitable infrastructure. The subject of the procedure is planning services for technical equipment ALG 1-3, 7 and 8 (HLS) according to §§ 53 ff HOAI, work phases 1-9, with phased commissioning. Various special services may also be commissioned. The extension building is to house the open all-day school (OGTS) and 4 new classrooms. The extension building shall be spatially and functionally integrated into the existing building and designed for flexible use (OGTS rooms flexible as classrooms and new classrooms flexible for use by the adult education center / external rental). In 2025, a feasibility study (MBS) was carried out to implement the expansion requirement. Variant 1 for realization at a different location was discarded.
