TENDER DESCRIPTION

The two bills of quantities BQ 1 and BQ 2 each concern the renewal or construction of an electrically operated sliding gate system for securing premises of WSA Ostsee. The scope of performance in each case includes the complete, operationally ready construction of the gate system, including civil engineering, metalwork, electrical, control and safety technology as well as testing, commissioning, documentation and handover. BQ 1 - Location Lübeck, Am Wasserbau 8: Construction of an electrically operated sliding gate system approx. 4.0 m wide and 2.0 m high for critical infrastructure. In addition, a separate barrier-free access door and a freestanding request column with video/intercom system are also provided. The system includes, among other things, RFID access control, radio remote operation, video/door communication, automatic exit via induction loop as well as extensive safety and surge protection technology. At least 120 opening/closing cycles per day are required, a drive service life of at least 500,000 cycles, burglary resistance RC4, wind class 3 and an opening speed of approx. 0.4-0.5 m/s.
