TENDER DESCRIPTION

A command vehicle (ELW 1) for forest fire operations is being tendered. The command vehicle must be suitable for accommodating a crew 1/3 (four persons), firefighting equipment, and for performing command tasks even on "poor roads." The firefighting equipment complies with the requirements of the State Fire Brigade School Baden-Württemberg. General requirements for the vehicle: The chosen company names and type designations are exemplary; alternatives are permitted but must be clearly marked and must provide at least the same services or operational value – this must be proven in writing and included with the offer. Meetings: At least 2 build meetings are part of this offer. Their timing shall be proposed by the contractor (AN) to the client (AG) in a way that ensures optimal contract execution. Acceptance: Acceptance of the base vehicle takes place as an interim acceptance at the contractor (AN). The contractor (AN) must be represented at the interim acceptance.
