TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction site is located on the campus of the Europaschule Hagenow, Kießener Ring. The planned new construction of the three-court sports hall will be built as a solid structure with a flat roof. Due to the space requirements at the location, to comply with setback distances, and from an urban planning perspective, the building will be constructed approximately 4.50 m deep below the finished ground level. The adjoining urban environment of the building site is characterized by multi-storey residential buildings as well as existing school and educational buildings, including the recently newly built Europaschule, a daycare building, and the daycare center "Regenbogenland." This lot includes the shell construction services for the hall. The bill of quantities with all work items to be executed is attached to the contract documents.
