Ersatzneubau Bäkebrücke – Bauvertragliche Unterstützung

TENDER DESCRIPTION

To support the in-house staff of the Waterways New Construction Office, part of the basic services and certain special services of the construction management should be awarded in accordance with § 43 and § 47 of the HOAI for the Bäkebrücke construction project in Berlin. The construction project includes, among other things, the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of the replacement structure, including substructures. Services to be provided under the HOAI include, among other things, the management and recording (minutes) of construction meetings, handling of change orders, in-depth construction schedule monitoring, and representation of the on-site construction supervision; the latter mainly in the event of the vacation or illness-related unavailability of the in-house personnel of the Waterways and Shipping Administration.
