Ersatzneubau Bäkebrücke – Bauvertragliche Unterstützung

TENDER DESCRIPTION

To support the agency’s own employees of the Waterways new construction office, a portion of the basic services and some special services of the construction management, pursuant to § 43 and § 47 of the HOAI, are to be awarded for the Bäkebrücke construction project in Berlin. The construction project includes, among other things, the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of the replacement structure together with its substructures. The services to be provided under the HOAI include, among other things, conducting and recording construction meetings, processing change orders/additional work, in-depth construction schedule monitoring, and representation of on-site construction supervision; the latter especially in the event of the non-availability of the agency’s own personnel of the Waterways and Shipping Administration due to vacation or illness.
