TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks engineering services for comprehensive construction management and on-site supervision for the replacement new build of the Cäcilien Bridge in Oldenburg. The scope encompasses all phases of the project, including the construction of temporary noise barriers, demolition, new quay walls, bridge foundations, towers, superstructure, operations building, drives, technical equipment, utility duct culvert, and the restoration of traffic surfaces. Services required include construction management for civil engineering structures and transport facilities, as well as on-site supervision and documentation for technical equipment (excluding AG 2) and buildings, all in accordance with HOAI 2021, service phase 8.
