TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the complete and selective dismantling of the existing sports hall, including extensions, as well as the former youth centre. The services include setting up the construction site, stripping out (decontamination/decoding of interiors) and remediation of hazardous substances, in particular asbestos- and KMF-containing building materials, as well as the subsequent structural dismantling. The sports hall is executed as a precast reinforced concrete structure. Special requirements apply to the sectional dismantling of the prestressed VT folded-roof structure as well as the beams and columns. In addition, floor slabs, foundations, subgrade services no longer required and paved outdoor facilities must be dismantled. The resulting materials must be separately collected, declared and properly utilized or disposed of. The work is carried out in the immediate vicinity of the existing school and taking into account the ongoing school operations.
