TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the complete and selective dismantling of the existing sports hall including annexes and the former youth centre. The services include site set-up, strip-out and remediation of hazardous substances, in particular from building materials containing asbestos and KMF (man-made mineral fibres), as well as the subsequent structural dismantling. The sports hall is constructed as a precast reinforced-concrete (RC) structure. Special requirements apply to the phased dismantling of the prestressed VT folded-roof structure as well as the beams and columns. In addition, floor slabs, foundations, underground services no longer required and paved outdoor areas must be dismantled. The materials arising must be recorded separately, declared and professionally recycled or disposed of. The work is carried out in the immediate vicinity of the existing school while taking into account the ongoing operation of the school.
