TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the replacement new build of an operational building including a 10 kV medium-voltage switchgear system for the substation 1 of Stadtwerke Velbert. The contract is awarded as a functional general contractor service with system responsibility on the part of the contractor. The contract includes comprehensive object, approval and execution planning, as well as turn-key delivery, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation of a complete, functional and acceptable overall system. This includes in particular the operational building with the required technical ancillary rooms, the technical building equipment and outdoor facilities, the 10 kV medium-voltage switchgear system including protection, control, cabling, remote control/telecontrol, communication, auxiliary power supply and ancillary systems, all earthworks, civil engineering, foundations, cable works and installation services required, as well as the manufacture of earthing, potential equalisation, cable and other infrastructure systems.
