TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the replacement construction of an operating building including a 10 kV medium-voltage switchgear installation for substation 1 of Stadtwerke Velbert. The contract is awarded as a functional general contractor service with system responsibility on the part of the contractor. The contract includes complete object planning, approval and implementation planning, as well as turnkey delivery, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation of a complete, functional and acceptance-ready overall system. In particular, this includes the operating building with the required technical ancillary rooms, the technical building equipment and the outdoor facilities; the 10 kV medium-voltage switchgear installation including the protection, control, line, remote control, communication, auxiliary power and ancillary installations; all earthworks, civil engineering, foundation, cable construction and installation services required; and the fabrication of earthing, potential equalization, cable and other infrastructure systems.
