TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Dachau intends, in cooperation with ASV Dachau e.V., to construct a replacement new building for the Georg-Scherer-Halle as a school and club sports hall. The sports hall is to be designed as a club sports hall with up to 1500 grandstand seats as well as for use as a triple school gymnasium. In addition to this sports hall, a parking lot is to be realized; the associated open spaces are also part of the planning assignment. The project must be planned so that it can be implemented in two construction phases. In the first construction phase, the sports hall with surrounding open spaces is to be planned. In the second construction phase, the demolition of the existing sports hall and the redesign of the parking areas as well as the bus turning loop are planned. The sports hall is to be funded with public funds as a school gymnasium in the areas relevant to physical education.
