For kitchen modules for a VT (number of supply participants) of 300, 600, 900, 1200, for each VT 300, 600, 900, 1200 a binding planning requirement for kitchen modules is to be created. The basis for this is the current approved basic infrastructure requirements (as of 2026), the space requirement plans and the kitchen modules VT 300, VT 600, VT 900 and VT 1200 (as of 07/2018). The kitchen modules as of 2018 specify the functional relationships of the work processes and the hygienic requirements regarding the separation between clean and unclean areas.
