TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Mülheim an der Ruhr intends to build a replacement new construction at Yorkstraße 2 for the existing and dilapidated indoor swimming pool located there. As part of this tender, the services for the painting and flooring works will be awarded. The tendered services include the execution of painting works on wall and ceiling surfaces as well as in the stairwells and the execution of floor coatings. The main quantities include: • approx. 1,395 m² painting of wall surfaces • approx. 190 m² painting of ceiling surfaces • approx. 270 m² painting of stairwells • approx. 300 m² floor coatings
