The following services are to be provided for the refurbishment to be carried out: The following main services are to be carried out: 250 m2 waterproofing screed floor W1-I to W3-1 including transition floor/wall 780 m2 waterproofing wall surfaces W0-I to W3-1 480 m2 laying of fine porcelain tile on floors of various sizes (e.g. 30x30; 20x20; 15x60; 100x100 cm) and slip resistance R9-R12V4 including grouting 830 m2 laying of fine porcelain tile on walls of various sizes (e.g. 10x25; 30x60 cm) including grouting
