Ersatzneubau Schleusenbrücke Eisenhüttenstadt – Bauvertragliche Unterstützung

TENDER DESCRIPTION

To support the authority’s own employees of the Waterways New Construction Office, a portion of the basic services and certain special services of the construction management for the construction project “Replacement construction of the Eisenhüttenstadt lock bridge” shall be awarded in accordance with § 43 and § 47 of the HOAI. The construction project includes, among other things, the demolition of the existing structure, the construction of a temporary bridge during the construction period together with provisional access routes, the construction of the replacement structure including substructures, as well as the new construction of the roads and footpaths adjacent to the bridge on both sides. Services to be provided pursuant to the HOAI include, among other things, the management and recording (minutes) of construction meetings, handling of variations/change orders, in-depth monitoring of construction schedules, as well as representation for on-site construction supervision; the latter in particular in the event of vacation- or illness-related prevention of the authority’s own personnel of the waterway and shipping administration.
