Ersatzneubau Sportheim in Börßum - Planungsleistung Tragwerksplanung

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to changed flooding situations in the northern Harz foreland, the current sports pavilion in Börßum is located within the flood protection area and has already been flooded several times. The planned replacement construction is to be erected on the same plot of land, however outside the flood protection area. The new building has been approved with approx. 600 m² NUF 1-7, including traffic areas. In the existing preliminary design of the new building, two usage areas are provided: Area A with - Assembly rooms with partition wall - Catering area Area B with - Changing rooms with sanitary area incl. barrier-free sanitary and changing room area - WC facilities for guests and visitors - Storage rooms for sports equipment and for maintenance of the property - Referee room - Office rooms for work of the association The design for the architects’ planning is already available. The structural engineering planning is to be provided from service phase 2 (preliminary planning) to phase 6 (preparation of award).
