TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to changed flooding situations in the northern Harz foreland, the existing sports club building in Börßum is located within the flood protection area and has already been flooded multiple times. The planned replacement construction is to be built on the same plot of land, but outside the flood protection area. The new building has been approved with approx. 600 m² NUF 1-7, including traffic areas. In the existing preliminary design for the new building, two usage areas are provided: Area A with - Assembly rooms with partition wall - Catering area Area B with - Changing rooms with sanitary facilities including barrier-free sanitary and changing area - WC facilities for guests and visitors - Storage rooms for sports equipment and for maintaining the premises - Referee room - Office rooms for work of the association The design for the architectural planning is already available. The structural engineering planning must be provided for service phases 2 (preliminary planning) through 6 (preparation of contract award).
