II.2.4) Description of the procurement: (Type and scope of the construction works, supplies or services or statement of needs and requirements) The overall construction project for the replacement new construction of the Techow Bridge includes the following services of Parts 1 to 5. Service parts of the overall construction project: • Part 1 – WNA replacement new construction of the Techow Bridge (short Techow Bridge) • Part 2 – Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH (short Telekom) • Part 3 – Stromnetz Berlin GmbH (short Stromnetz) • Part 4 – 1&1 Versatel Deutschland GmbH (short 1u1) • Part 5 – GB infraSignal GmbH (short infraSignal) Services to be performed: The measure includes the following services: • Site setup • Technical processing • Traffic management with diversion route • Traffic safety measures on the road and water sides • Searching for and, if necessary, clearing unexploded ordnance • Preparatory measures and construction site facilities • Dismantling / demolition of the existing structure • Earthworks and ground improvement with excavation pits • Landscaping works with grass seeding and compensation measures • Maintenance measures for plantings • Utility construction…
