II.2.4) Description of the contract: (Type and scope of the construction works, supplies or services or indication of needs and requirements) The overall construction project for the replacement new build of the Techow Bridge comprises the following services from Parts 1 to 5. Parts of the overall construction project: • Part 1 – WNA replacement new build of the Techow Bridge (short name: Techow Bridge) • Part 2 – Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH (short name: Telekom) • Part 3 – Stromnetz Berlin GmbH (short name: Stromnetz) • Part 4 – 1&1 Versatel Deutschland GmbH (short name: 1u1) • Part 5 – GB infraSignal GmbH (short name: infraSignal) Services to be performed: The measure comprises the following services: • Construction site set-up • Engineering/technical processing • Traffic management with detour route • Traffic safety measures on the road and on the water side • Search for unexploded ordnance and, if necessary, clearance • Preparatory measures and site facilities • Dismantling / demolition of the existing structure • Earthworks and ground improvement with excavation pits • Landscaping works with grass seeding and compensatory measures • Maintenance measures for plantings •…
