Replacement new construction TH Cologne, Campus Deutz, Building D, service: review of structural design The major project Campus Deutz of TH Cologne is pursuing modernization in the form of replacement new buildings at the Deutz site. A future-oriented campus integrated into the urban environment will be created for around 10,000 students and 650 employees. Building D relevant to this procurement is an essential sub-project within this measure. Within the building, areas are planned for faculties, central workshops, university administration and the library archive.
