TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of this tender, a contractor is to be found for SWEG who can supply the spare parts primary spring, repair kit for the pendulum support, primary, secondary, horizontal and yaw dampers for the bogies of the Alstom traction vehicles of type LINT 54. The original spare parts being tendered are required in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications for the revision of bogies after 8 years. The bogies are considered an essential operational component of a traction vehicle and necessitate that the traction vehicles can travel safely on the rail network. From a technical, safety-related and approval-law perspective, only the original spare parts that have been tested and approved by the vehicle manufacturer Alstom may be used. The awarding authority reserves the right to change the requirements in the course of the procurement procedure.
