TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Ibbenbüren plans the development of the first construction phase for the Inova Park business park. The plots to be developed consist essentially of areas previously used by the mining industry, which were cleared after completion of the mining operations and prepared for new use. In the south of the site, a group of buildings remains adjacent to Osnabrücker Straße and will be put to a new use. In the east, Inova Park borders the plots of the former power plant site, on which Amprion is currently constructing a converter station.
