TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the coalition agreement, the state government stated: “We will examine the effects of loneliness and isolation on health, participation and quality of life as a focus area in a 3rd Thuringian Senior Citizens Report and, where appropriate, derive measures.” The Thuringian Ministry for Social Affairs, Health, Labour and Family (TMSGAF) therefore plans to conclude a contract. A contractor is being sought to prepare the 3rd Thuringian Senior Citizens Report on the basis of the published specification of requirements and instructions. As a result, specific social and health policy recommendations are to be submitted for decision-makers at both state and municipal level, aiming to improve the living conditions of senior citizens in Thuringia in view of demographic and socio-cultural developments. The aim of the report is a comprehensive analysis of the health, social and everyday-life consequences of loneliness and isolation.
