TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this tender, the MKJFGFI aims to obtain a scientifically well-founded overall expert report that will develop a conceptual basis for a fundamentally new child-focused, factor-based financing system. In particular, the expert report is intended to provide, as a basis for further development of the system, robust empirical, legal and financial-economic foundations for the idea outlined in Annex 1, and to critically examine this idea from an interdisciplinary perspective. Details regarding the scope of the contract and the required services are set out in the service description together with Annex 1. The contract must be completed in its entirety by no later than 30.11.2027. Compliance with the performance deadlines is of outstanding importance for the contracting authority in view of the statutory provision of Section 55(7) KiBiz (new version, valid from 01.08.2027).
