TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this tender, the MKJFGFI aims to obtain a scientifically grounded comprehensive expert report that develops a conceptual basis for a fundamentally new child-focused, factor-based funding system. The report is intended in particular to establish the idea outlined in Annex 1 as a basis for the further development of the system on sound empirical, legal and financial-economic foundations, and to critically examine this idea from an interdisciplinary perspective. Details regarding the scope of the contract and the required services follow from the specification of services together with Annex 1. The contract as a whole must be completed by no later than 30.11.2027. Compliance with the performance deadlines is of outstanding importance for the contracting authority in view of the statutory provision of Section 55(7) KiBiz (new version, valid from 01.08.2027).
