TENDER DESCRIPTION
With this tender, the MKJFGFI’s objective is to obtain a scientifically sound overall expert report that develops a conceptual basis for a fundamentally new child-focused, factor-based funding system. In particular, the expert report is intended to provide, as the basis, the idea outlined in Annex 1 for the further development of the system on sound empirical, legal and financial-economic grounds, and to critically examine this idea in an interdisciplinary manner. Details regarding the scope of the contract as well as the required services are set out in the specifications with Annex 1. The contract must be completed in full no later than 30.11.2027. Compliance with the service deadlines is of outstanding importance for the contracting authority in view of the statutory provision of Section 55(7) of KiBiz (new version, valid from 01.08.2027).
