TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procedure is the provision of planning services for structural engineering (specialist planning) pursuant to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14. --- The contracting authority intends to award the planning services in stages. In performance stage 1, performance phases 1 to 2 for services under § 51 HOAI are to be commissioned. In performance stage 2, the contracting authority intends to award performance phases 3 to 4 under § 51 HOAI; in performance stage 3, the contracting authority intends to award performance phases 5 to 6 under § 51. In addition, the award of special services is planned. --- The commissioning of performance stages 2 and/or 3 is subject to the suspensive condition that the contracting authority calls up these services in writing or in text form by means of an extension of the contract/assignment. Accordingly, there is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of services/stages beyond performance stage 1.
