TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to commission the scope of services for outdoor facilities planning (object planning) Lph 1-9 in accordance with Section 39 of the HOAI for the construction of the outdoor areas of the existing primary school with a single- or double-gym hall at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 in Munich. The listed primary school is to be comprehensively refurbished and expanded into a four-stream primary school with all-day care. As part of the measure, access and infrastructure areas required for school operations (e.g. a delivery zone) as well as areas for staying, sports and breaks (such as a green classroom, traffic course, seating and sports facilities) will be created: 1 all-weather pitch measuring 22 m x 28 m, 1 running track measuring 4 x 1.22 m x 65 m, and 1 grass sports field measuring 40 m x 60 m. The historic monuments authority has ruled out any school use of the roof area, for example as a break area or as a green classroom. Instead, the roof is intended either for the installation of a PV system or as a biodiversity roof. The number of car parking spaces will still be determined according to the parking space code and the required demand.
