The project focuses on the upgrading and expansion of the existing, listed primary school at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 in Munich, transforming it into a 4-stream primary school with all-day care.

The Statement of Work (SOW) summary includes the following core deliverables and activities:

Overall Project Scope:

• General renovation and expansion of the primary school, including the new design of outdoor areas.
• Creation of necessary access and infrastructure areas, such as a delivery zone.
• Development of various recreational, sport, and break areas, including a green classroom, traffic course, seating, and sports equipment.
• Specific sports facilities to be created: one all-weather pitch (22m x 28m), one running track (4 x 1.22m x 65m), and one grass playing field (40m x 60m).
• The roof area is designated for either a photovoltaic (PV) system or as a biodiversity roof, as school-related use was excluded by the monument protection office.
