TENDER DESCRIPTION
It is planned to carry out comprehensive renovation of the screening building. In doing so, all existing mechanical and electrical equipment—except for the existing sand classifier—will be dismantled and replaced with new systems. The existing sand classifier will be rotated by approx. 180°, so that its conveyor screw will discharge the separated sand in future into REKI boxes located outside the screening building. To carry out this work, it is necessary to set up a temporary wastewater retention/holding arrangement and a temporary screening plant. This consists of suitable pumps that transfer the incoming wastewater from the debris trap into a mobile container with screens. From there, the pre-treated wastewater is conveyed via the existing channel outside the screening building to the sand trap. The new screening plant consists of 2 screening lines, each with a rake bypass screen and a screenings washing press. One screening line can pass through up to 500 l/s under normal operation. In the case of revision/maintenance, one screening line should be able to treat a feed wastewater flow of 1000 l/s. The two rake bypass screens each have a screenings washing press permanently…
