TENDER DESCRIPTION
It is planned to renovate the screening building extensively. To this end, the entire existing mechanical and electrical equipment—except for the existing sand classifier—will be dismantled and replaced with new systems. The existing sand classifier will be rotated by approximately 180°, so that its conveyor screw will carry the separated sand in future into REKI boxes located outside the screening building. To carry out these works, a temporary wastewater holding system and a temporary screening plant are required. This consists of suitable pumps that convey the incoming wastewater from the grit trap and route it into a mobile container with screens. From there, the pretreated wastewater is supplied via the existing channel outside the screening building to the sand trap. The new screening plant consists of 2 screening lines, each with one bar screen bypass and one screenings washing press. One screening line can pass through up to 500 l/s under normal operation. In the case of inspection/maintenance, one screening line should be able to clean an incoming wastewater flow of 1000 l/s.
