The subject of the procurement is the planning, delivery, construction, conversion/retrofit, and commissioning of technical systems including the required components to expand and ensure operation of the district heating network. The services include both the new construction of an operations building and the implementation and modernisation of heat and pressure boosting substations including the required EMSR technology. The scope also includes the dismantling of existing plant components, material supply, technical equipment, and the hydraulic and supply-technological integration into the existing district heating system. The overarching objective is to create a high-performance, safe, and future-proof infrastructure for heat supply and reliable network operation.
