TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. General site setup: construction water, container facilities, approx. 2,200 m² area paving/site roads; structural shell site setup with crane 2. Earthworks: closed water management with 85 lances, approx. 4,450 m³ removal of topsoil, approx. 1,750 m³ excavation of subsoil + distribution over the site + formation of subgrade, approx. 1,000 m² compaction of subgrade for ground slab 3. Substructure services under ground slab approx. 150 m; SW (wastewater) lines approx. 140 m, 7 pcs. SW manholes, 1 pc. pumping chamber DN1500 4. Concrete work with white tank (Wasserundurchlässig – WU) from 421 m³ WU-STB ground slab, approx. 163 m³ WU-STB external walls, approx. 280 m³ STB external and internal walls, approx. 550 m³ STB ceilings, 8 pcs. STB stair runs + landings, approx. 115 m² STB lift shaft, approx. 220 t reinforcing steel 5. Masonry work approx. 2,575 m² KS internal walls 24 cm/17.5 cm, KS lintels 6. Waterproofing/sealing work: approx. 765 m² exterior wall waterproofing, approx. 435 m² perimeter insulation
