Award of services for object planning for buildings in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 1, service phases 1 - 4 pursuant to § 34 ff. HOAI 1. General project description As part of the municipal heat planning (KWP) of the City of Neckarsulm, in the existing biomass combined heat and power plant (BMHKW) in the coming years the heat generators will largely be replaced and additional energy generation and supply systems will be installed. The planning services for service phase 1 for the preparation of the transformation plan were awarded in connection with the replacement of the thermo oil heater at the end of 2023 to the engineering office Björnsen from Leonberg. For this, funding (Module 1, LHP 1-4) was applied for under the guideline for the Federal funding programme for efficient heat networks (BEW); the funding was approved. The determination of the basis under HOAI (LPH 1), i.e. the preparation of the transformation plan, has been completed since autumn 2025.
