General project description As part of the municipal heat planning (KWP) of the city of Neckarsulm, the heat generators in the existing biomass combined heat and power plant (BMHKW) will be largely renewed in the coming years and additional energy generation and supply systems will be installed. The planning services for service phase 1 to create the transformation plan were awarded to the engineering office Björnsen from Leonberg at the end of 2023 in the course of renewing the thermo oil heater.
