Award of services for object planning in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 1, service phases 1 - 4 pursuant to § 34 et seq. HOAI 1. General project description As part of the municipal heat planning (KWP) of the City of Neckarsulm, in the existing biomass combined heat and power plant (BMHKW) the heat generators will be largely renewed over the next few years and additional energy generation and supply systems will be installed. The planning services service phase 1 for preparing the transformation plan were awarded at the time of renewing the thermo-oil heater at the end of 2023 to the engineering office Björnsen from Leonberg. For this purpose, funding (Module 1, LHP 1-4) was applied for under the guideline for the Federal funding programme for efficient heat networks (BEW), and this funding was approved.
