TENDER DESCRIPTION
The services included in the tender comprise: - Partial decommissioning/dismantling of fencing systems and traffic areas - Construction of a combined tank (D = 26 m, H = 4 m) - Construction of a central storage tank with steel structure (D = 13 m, H = 7.5 m) - Construction of a prefabricated shaft (L = 4.4 m, W = 2.9 m, H = 3.0 m) - Interior fit-out of the existing operational building: - Removal of floor finishes (tiles & screed) and machine bases (reinforced concrete) - Removal of a reinforced-concrete measuring flume (L = 8.4 m, W = 2.15 m, H = 1.80 m) - Installation of new machine bases - Creating an opening in a load-bearing internal wall - Construction of a non-load-bearing internal wall (calcium-sandstone masonry) - Reinstatement of floor finishes (tiles & screed) - Painting and plastering works - Installation of buried pipelines - Sewer construction works DN800 - Reinstatement and extension of fencing systems and traffic areas - Reinstatement of landscaping/greening after completion of construction
