This invitation to tender is addressed to businesses from the heating/ventilation/air-conditioning trades (HVAC trade). --- Short description: For the extension of the dining hall, a rectangular extension with a low-pitched, non-converted lean-to roof, without a basement, is to be added to the gable of the existing two-storey, basemented after-school care building. For the connection to the existing building, 2 existing window openings are converted into a passage. The scope of work for this construction measure includes the following essential services: - Connection to the secondary circuit of the existing heating system (HA) station - Temperature control station for underfloor heating - 20 m copper pipe with fittings and insulation - 25 m multi-layer composite pipe with fittings and insulation - Move 4 tubular radiators - 50 m² underfloor heating (staple/tacker plate) - 1 underfloor heating manifold --- Several principal tenders are permitted, with each principal tender having to be awardable on its own.
