TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project involves the extension of the two-stream Schauenburg primary school in Urloffen. The required space programme results from the future need for comprehensive full-day care. The plot of land with the parcel number 3320/1 is located at the eastern edge of the town of Urloffen, directly adjacent to the primary school, the sports hall and the kindergarten. The building plot is accessed from the east via Schauenburgstraße, the existing parking space area and the schoolyard. With the construction of the new full-day pavilion, the idea of a landscaped “children’s campus” with various care offerings is to be further strengthened. The cost estimate (prepared 09/2025) amounts to: KG 300: 1,478,838.32 € gross KG 400: 501,228.00 € gross KG 410: 42,542.50 € gross KG 420: 154,700.00 € gross KG 430: 69,615.00 € gross KG 480: 34,807.50 € gross The subject of this tender is the planning services for technical equipment for plant groups 1-3+8 in accordance with §§ 53ff.
