TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure involves the extension of the 2-stream Schauenburg primary school in Urloffen. The required space program results from the future need for extensive all-day care. The plot of land with the parcel number 3320/1 is located on the eastern edge of the town of Urloffen, in direct vicinity to the primary school, sports hall and the kindergarten. The building site is accessed from the east via Schauenburgstraße, the existing parking area and the schoolyard. With the construction of the new all-day care pavilion, the idea of a green “children’s campus” with a variety of care offerings is intended to be further strengthened. The cost estimate (prepared 09/2025) amounts to: KG 300: 1,478,838.32 € gross KG 400: 501,228.00 € gross The subject of this tender is the object planning services for buildings in accordance with §§ 33ff. HOAI with the service phases 3-8. Initially, commissioning will be carried out in stages. In stage 1, service phase 3 and service phase 4 will be commissioned first, and in stage 2, service phases 5-8. There is no legal right to full commissioning.
