TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Langenzenn plans an extension and, to a limited extent, the refurbishment of its primary school. This measure will make it possible to reorganize the teaching area and expand it for the full-day care sector (BRI approx. 1,900 m³, GFA approx. 690 m²). The primary school consists of 4 building sections A/B/C-South/C-North. The planning services are limited to building section C-South. There, a connecting building on the ground floor is to be demolished and a new extension is to be built in its place over three storeys (basement/ground floor/upper floor). In the basement, the existing dining hall and a lounge area will be refurbished, and in the extension a dining kitchen will be created and the dining room will be expanded. On both the ground floor and the upper floor, a new connecting corridor, a new classroom, a marketplace for open instruction, and a cloakroom are to be created. The school as a whole is located on a hillside and is connected to the main entrance via a wide staircase structure.
