TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services being tendered include the complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical installations in the area of both low-current and weak-current systems, both within the building and in the outdoor facilities. The services are to be carried out in accordance with the relevant DIN standards, VDE regulations and the requirements of the implementation planning. The scope of services includes, among other things: - Electrical installations for all rooms, functional areas and technical systems - Lighting systems indoors and outdoors, including safety and emergency lighting - Power supply and distribution systems - Installations for data, communication and danger alarm systems - Potential equalisation work, including main potential equalisation The following are expressly excluded from the services: - Conduit duct concrete works - Construction site power supply and construction site lighting - Lift systems - Lightning protection and earthing systems Notes 1- The execution and all quantities are determined entirely from the Electrical Bills of Quantities (ELT-LV). 2- The items and technical requirements stated there are binding.
